By visiting vibedowns.com or using VibeDowns Studio tools, you agree to these terms together with the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
2. Service scope
VibeDowns Studio provides browser-based tools for BPM measurement, vocal and stem separation, speed and pitch adjustment, stereo review, file naming, lyric support, and Audio Lab. Most tools process files directly on your device.
Tool availability may depend on browser, operating system, device capability, file format, and third-party component support. Identical results on every device are not guaranteed.
3. Permission to use the service
Subject to these terms, you may use the tools for personal or commercial music and audio work. This permission does not allow you to copy, resell, or offer the site code, design, brand, or data structures as a separate service.
4. User responsibilities
- Process only files you own or are authorized to use.
- Listen to and technically review results before publishing, distributing, or delivering them.
- Keep secure backups of important original files.
- Maintain the security of your browser, device, and internet connection.

5. Prohibited uses

Rights in files opened in the tools and results created from them remain with you or the relevant rights holders. VibeDowns Studio does not claim ownership of your files. Using a tool does not create permission under third-party rights.

BPM, key, stereo, lyric, and similar results are technical estimates or supporting measurements. Accuracy may vary with recording quality, arrangement, browser, and device resources. The service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, technical limits, or third-party changes. Tools, limits, and page content may change for security or usability reasons. Do not rely on the site as the only copy or only tool for important work.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may contain consent-based measurement or advertising services and external links. Third-party content, security, availability, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not imply endorsement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available. Uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and error-free output are not guaranteed. VibeDowns Studio is not responsible for losses caused by failure to keep backups, incorrect settings, infringement of third-party rights, or use of unchecked results.
