Cookie Policy
1. Scope of this policy
This policy explains the cookies, browser local-storage records, and similar technologies used by VibeDowns Studio. Audio files are not written to these records.
2. What are cookies and local storage?
A cookie is a small text record saved by a website and may be sent to the server with later requests. Local storage is a record kept only in the browser. Both may be used to remember preferences, protect security, or perform consented measurement.
3. Essential records
The following records support core site functions, language choice, privacy preference, and rating protection. They do not depend on optional measurement consent.
4. Consent-based first-party measurement records
When you allow optional measurement, the following first-party cookies may be used for campaign and redirect measurement. The application deletes them when consent is withdrawn.
5. Umami usage measurement
6. Google tags
If Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or AdSense identifiers are configured in production, those services load only after optional measurement consent. Google services may use their own cookies or similar identifiers; names and retention periods can vary with Google configuration.
7. Google Consent Mode
Google Consent Mode starts with measurement and advertising permissions denied. The site does not load Google measurement or advertising scripts without consent. When consent is granted, the relevant signals are updated; when withdrawn, future measurement calls stop.
8. Audio files
9. Managing preferences
- Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to reopen the panel.
- Essential only keeps Umami and configured Google tags disabled.
- You may withdraw consent later; this deletes consent-based first-party measurement cookies and stops new measurement calls.
- You may clear cookies and local storage in browser settings. This can also reset language and rating preferences.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when technologies or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised date.
For questions about cookies or measurement preferences, contact [email protected] or review the Privacy Policy.
